3. Product Use Restrictions

Our products are designed solely for use in offline game modes. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Cheating or using our products in live or online games is strictly prohibited and goes against the Terms of Service of most game developers and publishers.
• ATOMIC INC is not responsible for any consequences resulting from using our products in online or live games, including but not limited to bans, suspensions, or other penalties imposed by game developers.
• You agree to use our products exclusively for personal, offline gaming purposes and not for any fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities.

4. Product Delivery and License Key

Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a license key for the product you purchased via email. The product will be delivered to the email address you provide during checkout.

• It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the email address you provide.
• License keys are delivered digitally and are non-transferable.
• You may not share, resell, or redistribute license keys.

5. Payment and Billing

• Payment Processing: All payments for our products are securely processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your payment details. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information, and all payment-related inquiries must be directed to Stripe.
• Taxes: You are responsible for paying any applicable sales taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), or other taxes that may be required by your jurisdiction.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final. Once the license key has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason. You agree to this No Refund Policy when making a purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: All digital products, software, and content provided by ATOMIC INC, including but not limited to license keys, game modifications, software code, and other materials, are the property of ATOMIC INC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• License Grant: Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product solely for personal, offline use. This license is subject to these Terms of Service and may be revoked if you violate these terms.
• Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any of our products; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software provided by ATOMIC INC; or use the product in violation of any law or to harm the game developers or publishers.

8. User Conduct

By using our website and products, you agree to comply with the following rules of conduct:

• You will not use our products for cheating in live/online games, which violates the Terms of Service of many game developers and publishers.
• You will not attempt to hack, modify, or circumvent any part of the products, the license key, or our website.
• You will not engage in any illegal, harmful, or disruptive activity while using our products.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our products and services if we believe you have violated these rules.

Our total liability shall be limited to the amount you paid for the product(s) you purchased.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and ATOMIC INC will be conducted exclusively in the courts located in Duval County, Florida, USA.
